First Choice Home Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person to join our Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the opening of our second branch in the Suffolk area.

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Pay Rate: starting at £25000 per year

Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Contract

Closing date: 27th January 2021

To be successful candidate for the Branch Manager role you will have to:

· Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
· Maintaining a caring, positive, and supportive working environment.
· Provide support to all members of staff.
· Provide effective leadership to colleagues and make sure that care is delivered with high standards.
· Manage people, resources, and information.

To be successful candidate for the Branch Manager role you will have to:

· Proven management or supervisory experience gained within Care Industry (required).
· Excellent communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Knowledge of the CQC standards
· NVQ/QCF level 4/5 diploma or working towards (required)
· DBS check will be required
· You will have to be a Caring, Trustworthy, Professional, Friendly person and to able to work well with others with dignity and respect.
