Brama Care provides Therapeutic Residential Care for young women and men with eating disorders.

Our aim is to provide to our patients the confidence to be emotionally stable and self-sufficient.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Registered Nurse Care Manager to;

ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting
recruit, train and supervise staff
chair meetings and deliver training
take on a visible leadership role
maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance
liaise with and maintain partnerships with other local community organisations
ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations
provide information, advice and support to residents' families
Skills and Experience required for the role

NVQ Level 5 with a Registered Manager Award
RMN or RGN qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a demonstrable track record of supporting people within a nursing care home setting
Excellent knowledge of Care Standards, Regulations and Valuing People
Commitment to holistic care – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
Understanding of therapeutic works and approaches
Understanding of Mindfulness and it’s benefits
Knowledge of risk assessment and it’s management
An ability to communicate effectively at all levels to develop the business and manage change
Exceptional organisational skills and administration experience
Financial astuteness
Committed to the principles of supporting young people effectively and appropriately within a residential setting as well as outreach/community settings
Good time management/prioritisation skills
A positive attitude with high standards of professionalism
A Full UK Driving Licence
