Care Market Workforce Manager

Workforce challenges within the Care Market in Norfolk have a significant impact on service quality and delivery. We are working closely with the Norfolk Care Association (NorCA) to develop a new 5-year Workforce Strategy and looking for a Care Market Workforce Manager to take the lead in working with key partners.

With responsibility for the development, continuous review and implementation of an adult social care workforce strategy, you will ensure its alignment with other key health and social care workforce strategies across the locality, regionally and nationally. With experience as a manager, likely to be within the care market or public sector and closely related to social care, you will have significant experience of managing workforce programmes and projects.

Your excellent communication skills will build strong networks with the adult social care sector, system partners and other stakeholders to ensure the Norfolk and Waveney Workforce strategy supports a diverse workforce to deliver excellence in care.
