Job Role: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Barking Hall, Needham Market
Hours: 40 hours per week (21 hours will be supernumary)

Barking Hall is a beautiful 49 bedded care home set in stunning surroundings just outside Needham Market in Suffolk. Barking Hall care home delivers a range of quality care for older people, including residential and nursing care.
We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Barking Hall. A valid NMC PIN is essential for this position.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Assistance with daily management of the home:
Take responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the registered manager.
Help the registered manager with the general management of the home working under their guidance and leadership.
Support the registered manager produce and maintain the systems and procedures for auditing and assuring quality of care provided by the home.
