Field Care Supervisor

Rate of Pay: £9.22

Cephas Care has been established since 1994. It started with the owners initially, supporting one person with a team of three staff. The Business has continued to grow immensely over the years.

The most recent addition is our Residential Services, we have a Residential Home and Nursing Home based in North Norfolk, and a Residential Home on the outskirts of Stowmarket.

We have Supported Living Homes in Trimley, Great Blakenham, Claydon and Ipswich providing support to people with Learning Disabilities which also includes support within the community. We also offer Home Care services in the East and West region of Suffolk providing care for elderly people.

We also have 30 Nurseries under our sister company Alpha Nurseries that are based up and down the country ranging In location from Wakefield down to Dover, providing childcare for children from the age of 0 – 4 years old.

A Home Care senior will be required to cover each area completing the following within their administration time:

Review customer care plans 6 monthly or as and when changes occur
Audit daily records and MAR charts monthly
Monitor medication ordering, supply, and reordering requirements of customers
Complete spot checks 6 monthly on carers within their area
Complete annual medication competency checks on carers within their area
Complete quarterly supervisions with carers within their area
Complete a weekly report detailing the above including concerns and actions required from the auditing and monitoring visits.
Requirements

· Seniors will be required to be willing to work towards or hold a Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care.

· Hold a Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care

· Good communication skills

· Full UK Driving Licence
