We would like to hear from individuals who either have previous experience within the care sector or from those who are looking to start a new career within the care industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Care providers within the UK, as we are actively looking for recruit Support Workers in the Bury St Edmunds area.

As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who have complex and challenging needs, supporting them while promoting their independence and encouraging access into the community. You will be assisting/encouraging them to go about their daily tasks, this can include assisting with shopping trips, attending college, cleaning etc. No two days are the same and the support you provide, makes a huge difference to the individuals we support, helping them to live full and happy lives.

We are therefore looking for individuals with a kind and caring nature, who can engage with people at all levels. You will need be to demonstrate the level of patience required to be successful in this role.
