We are currently looking for Support Workers to join one of our vibrant registered services in the Stowupland area to support adults with a range of learning disabilities.

Are you?
Someone with passion, energy, skills and enthusiasm to support individuals in their home and community
Able to inspire and work as a team in a social care setting.
Able to demonstrate experience in working alongside people with autism, some health care needs and learning disabilities.
Someone who can demonstrate absolute commitment towards recognising and achieving the aspirations of the people we support and working alongside them and the team to really make things happen.
Able to see and seize the opportunities that everyday life give us.
Whether it’s helping to ensure the people we support are cared for in the home or ensuring they are able to do the things they love such as go bowling, go out for dinner or enjoy a spa day, everything you do as a Support Worker will make a difference.

To help keep the people we support and our staff safe and continue the fight against COVID-19 all our frontline staff are tested regularly and have access to supplies of PPE and relevant training. In addition to this and in line with recent Government announcements that all new employees in Social Care will be required to receive both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination. This role is within one of our Registered Care Homes and if you are successful in your application you will be required to have both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.
