We are looking for a waking night worker who can provide emotional and practical support to residents overnight, this includes providing support with wellbeing, personal care, medication, domestic duties and dealing with any emergencies that arise.
Suffolk Mind is a registered charity promoting mental health and well-being services throughout Suffolk. Our small residential care home provides 24-hour care and support tailored to the needs of the individual.
Full time role:
Sunday-Wednesday
21.45pm -07.45am (37.6 hours per week)
£26,840.99 per annum (this includes the 20% enhancement rate)
Or part time role:
18.8 hours per week (2 nights)
21.45pm -07.45am
£13,420.49 per annum (this includes the 20% enhancement rate)
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in a caring role
Hold or be willing to work towards at least a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification
Good communicator
Flexible team player
Able to work night shifts and occasional day shifts for training and continuous professional development
