I Care... Ambassadors is about inspiring people to work in adult social care.
Enthusiastic care staff visit schools, colleges, job centres and recruitment events, to talk about their positive experiences of working in social care. Giving a perspective on what their jobs are like will better inform potential care workers - who will stay longer in the profession.
