Head Housekeeper

We have opportunities available for an Head Housekeeper at The Partnership in Care, Risby Hall Nursing Home, Risby, Bury St Edmunds.

Applications from experienced cleaners/ launderers are invited for the role of head housekeeper. But no formal qualification is required, we see life experience and personal values as just as important.

This is a predominantly “hands on” role with some administrative functions to include stock ordering and the management of a small team.

Some weekend and evening working, on a rotational basis is required.

What do we offer?

A joining bonus of £200 with a further £200 for any applicant who stay with the company for four months.

A refer a friend scheme where existing employees and new starters each receive a bonus of £200 after three months of working with the company. Then a further bonus of £100 after six months of employment with TPIC.

We offer full in house training given by our experienced team and opportunity to progress within the organisation.
