We are The Grange Residential Home, located in Vinery Road just down the road from the West Suffolk Hospital. We are a small, independent home for Adults with a Learning Disability, and have a lovely bunch of long term residents who need varying amounts of support to live the life that they want to. That will range from helping with personal care, taking shopping for personal items , creating and updating care plans, housework, meal preparation, arranging and participating in activities, supporting in accessing and arranging health care appointments, indeed everything that’s needed to make a home a home!

Experience isn’t necessarily required; training and support will be given to the right applicants. The most important thing is you are of a caring, kind and patient.

We work on shifts, 7-3 , 3-10 and have sleep in duties as well, 10pm -8.00am. FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Pay rate is £10 per hour, £12 at weekends. Sleep in is £87.50.

You would be expected to work a share of Bank Holidays (enhanced rate)
