We are currently recruiting for a part time Quality Assurance Officer to support our Domiciliary team based at our Halesworth Branch, you would be working out in the field in the areas that the branch covers in Norfolk and Suffolk.

It takes a special person to become part of the First Choice Home Care Team. We provide dedicated Carers to care for vulnerable people in their own homes.

We will only accept applicants that live in England (Norfolk and Suffolk).

Position: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Harleston, Suffolk

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.

Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Role:

Service User Care Risk Assessment, Writing Comprehensive Care Plans
Quality Assurance reviews for all Service Users
Audits on Service User files in line with CQC regulations
Audits of Mar charts and Communication Logs
On call – on a rota system
Supervisions on Carers
Caring, dedicated, hardworking and reliable
NVQ 2/3 required
Experience in Care Industry as a Team Leader, Medication Officer, Senior
Full Driving Licence
Working Hours:

9am – 5pm – Quality Assurance

Possibility to do care to make this a full time position.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you would also be expected to complete care duties if needed before 9am and after 5pm and weekends due to sickness etc.
