Job Title: Trainee Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
We require an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for our newly established supported living accomdation of 6–10 residents.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the Home
The service supports adults with the learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a high-quality service level
• Develop effective working relationships with the care team ie: local authorities, 3rd parties, and CQC.
• Carry out audits to monitor the service performance.
• Report and action service improvements when identified
• To always ensure the service delivery is person centred and evidenced in the support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, induction, training and culture of the service.
• Care plans, risk assessments, supervisions and appraisals completed in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure that all necessary records are complete, accurate and legible, and available to authorised persons when required.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• To ensure clear understanding of MCA and DoLS.
Requirements
• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
•2+ years of experience in a management team, Supported or Domiciliary is acceptable.
• A strong understanding of local and national regulations governing home care agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Working hours: full-time
