Support Worker

Experienced Part time Support Worker required.

The post will initially be 25 hours a week – but more hours/holiday cover may become available.

The post will involve supporting Adults with Mental Health problems and/or Learning Difficulties EITHER on our Care Farm (Day Service) OR in their own homes (and in the Community). We hope that in future the post will involve working across both areas, but this is not possible at the moment – due to Covid.

There may also be some hours available in our Supported Housing project (Holiday cover).

Own transport is essential. The Care Farm is in a rural location and our Community Support service covers Coastal Suffolk (Leiston to Felixstowe), but we do a small amount of support in Ipswich too.

Rates of pay are between £9.18 and £9,45 per hour. Sleep-ins are £70.47 per night, and mileage is 45p per mile.
