Anglia Case Management has been providing specialist services to adults and children with complex disabilities since 1998. Our expertise includes Case Management, Rehabilitation, Manual Handling, Expert Witness Care Reports, and Care and Support services.

We work with clients who have suffered severe and complex injuries including:

• brain injury,
• cerebral palsy,
• spinal cord injury,
• amputation,
• PTSD,
• stroke and
• orthopaedic injuries.

Our clients are based throughout London, and the East and South of England, and our head office is in Suffolk.

This post is within a small established team who provide 24/7 to Miss H within her own home and the local community.

Within this team, staff generally work 24-hour shifts from 8am to 8am. The shift usually has a period of overlap with the last staff member to allow for a short handover before commencing on shift.

Weekend shifts are shared between the team over the month.

At the present time there is a vacancy on the team for a part time position – for a support worker to work one 24-hour shift a week (Monday 8am – Tuesday 8am) and every other Thursday for a 24-hour shift (Thursday 8am – Friday 8am).

A relief post with no contracted hours is also available to cover for the absence of others sometimes at short notice.
