You will possess excellent written and communication skills, and worked in a health care environment before, be committed to our core values and quality standards.

A diploma in Health & Social Care would be advantageous but for the right candidate we can offer this as part of our training programme.

You will predominantly be working in the field at one of our LD projects based in Suffolk, you will need to be flexible, and support the Care Delivery Manager in the full operational function of each LD project.

On-call will be required on week day evenings and a minimum of 7 on call weekends in a 52 week period.

You will also be required to work at our Head Office based in Ipswich one day per week.
