Job Title: Business Support Assistant
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £17,143-£20,000
Hours: 30 per week, permanent

Supported Independence Service, South East
We support our customers to live independently and do the things they want to do in the home and in the community. We offer a bespoke package of personal assistant and domiciliary support in Suffolk.
All our care is personalised and built around the needs of the individual, ranging from a few hours a week to more intensive support.

The Role:

We are looking for an organised and professional Business Support Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our services.
Working in social care, we know that no two days are the same, but every day counts.
Accountabilities:
• Work with marketing to draft internal and external communications
• Organising management meetings
• Overseeing group email boxes
• Use knowledge and expertise to improve administrative processes
• Provide information about your service area to internal and external customers
• Work with management to produce stats and data as requested
• Providing additional support as required, e.g. research, reports, processing financial information and updating IT systems and databases
• Supporting the recruiting manager with the recruitment and selection process as required

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good typing speed
