First Choice Home Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person to join our Management team as Registered Manager.

Location: Halesworth, Suffolk

Pay Rate: starting at £30000 up to £35000 per year – depending on experience

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

To be successful candidate for the Registered Manager role you will have to:

• Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
• Maintaining a caring, positive, and supportive working environment.
• Provide support to all members of staff.
• Provide effective leadership to colleagues and make sure that care is delivered with high standards.
• Manage people, resources, and information.
• Areas that office covers: IP18, IP19, IP20, IP22, NR34, NR35

To be successful candidate for the Registered Manager role you will have to:

• Proven management or supervisory experience gained within Care Industry (required).
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of the CQC standards.
• NVQ/QCF level 4/5 diploma or working towards (required).
• Free DBS check.
• You will have to be a Caring, Trustworthy, Professional, Friendly person and to able to work well with others with dignity and respect.
