First Choice Home Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person to join our Management team as Care Manager.

Location: Halesworth, Suffolk

Pay Rate: starting at £30000 up to £35000 per year – depending on experience

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

 

To be successful candidate for the Care Manager role you will have to

Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
Maintaining a caring, positive, and supportive working environment.
Provide support to all members of staff.
Provide effective leadership to colleagues and make sure that care is delivered with high standards.
Manage people, resources, and information.
Areas that office covers: IP18, IP19, IP20, IP22, NR35

To be successful candidate for the Care Manager role you will have to:

Proven management or supervisory experience gained within Care Industry (required).
Excellent communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of the CQC standards.
NVQ/QCF level 4/5 diploma or working towards (required).
Free DBS check.
You will have to be a Caring, Trustworthy, Professional, Friendly person and to able to work well with others with dignity and respect.
